Customer Service Representatives will be required to; Make contact with various healthcare providers and Doctors offices to obtain required forms and prescriptions for a patients enrollment.
Have interaction with patients regarding their Prescription Assistance Program Complete daily reports to ensure a patients enrollment is complete and accurate.
Maintain the highest level of service by meeting and exceeding quality standards on every patient interaction.
